Enjoy the Black Forest in all its diversity.


The traditional German cuisine has been popular for decades, not only with the locals, and offers something to suit every taste in the cozy interior as well as on the sunny garden terrace in summer.


We pay attention to quality and sustainability when it comes to our products. In addition to organic coffee, organic tea, organic syrups, high-quality premium juices and delicious organic ice cream, you will also find fruit and vegetables mainly from the region.


The Black Forest trout is a regional specialty and comes fresh from a traditional farm.


The base of the daily homemade Black Forest gateau is freshly baked for us by a traditional baker whose ancestors supplied the restaurant in a carriage 100 years ago. The eggs also come from the neighboring village.


Our chefs can look back on decades of experience and create all dishes with skill and great passion. All sauces are homemade according to old recipes and the schnitzel is still pounded by hand.


We also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes - just ask us.


Our chefs and service staff will do their utmost between 11:00 and 21:00 to keep you full and satisfied.


Hot food and drinks are available from 11am to 9pm.


House guests have the opportunity to enjoy a rich organic vitality breakfast buffet between 8 and 10 am.
